The location is amazing which we knew when booking. Quiet end of Ocean Dr. but completely walkable. Quiet building. Great views. If the owners would spend just a little money updating, the condo would present so much better and they’d probably be able to charge more…

This is a beautiful spacious condo with a perfect location. Ocean views and by great restaurants but just far enough away from the crazy part of south beach. We did have a few issues while staying there..
